Committee Has Lost Confidence in Commissioner

A Canadian Parliamentary Committee conducting hearings into Canada’s Privacy Commissioner has said that it believes he deliberately misled them and that they have lost confidence in him. An interim report ask for the Auditor General to conduct comprehensive audit of the Privacy Commissioner’s office and the final report may call for his removal.
