Chapters subject to review include those covering software patents and biotechnology, matters of interest to the open source and scientific communities. I’m not sure if this is current. This seems to be the same review that was completed a few years ago. I did an Access to Information request on some of the “consultation” they did in the past (pretty much only lawyers from the pro-SWPAT lobby).
