USPTO on the U.S. IP System

A reader points to comments from John Dudas, the Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), doing his best IIPA impression on how the U.S. IP system is perceived worldwide: "I have traveled around the world, and every nation is thinking how it can model [intellectual property governance] after the U.S."

    meanwhile here in the US the public is thinking “How can this be any more broken?”
