So now the CRTC is spinning the media.
It seems kind of weird that at the same time the CRTC is in the limelight with the Net Neutrality Hearings and throttling issues and is often perceived to be just as bad as the Telcos/ISPs which they serve(instead of the people), that this little gem of feelgood PR comes out into the media just as people are beginning to realise that this useless regulatory body is just a tool of the Telcos/ISPs.
