@ARt, agreed. However, one thing that may have been useful is to compare ACTA against similar treaties (slide 5). I say similar because the examples given are all of UN based treaties, where UN rules apply. Since ACTA is not negotiated under UN aspices, a comparison to other multiparty, non-UN, treaties would be useful as well.
