    I will admit, bell should technically be free to do as they wish their their pricing model… (I’m all for it if it means digging their own grave)

    I suppose the issue is that so many people across Canada are stuck with only the duopoly as options. Smaller ISPs do not necessarily have the funds to cover all areas…
