If the bill introduced yesterday gets through to the president's desk, I'll be able to believe it's possible to finally get our country on the road to a true world-class broadband infrastructure. Rraming the issue for what it is, simply announcing a national broadband policy that includes reasonable wholesale pricing would sure help a lot. |
