Euro-Excellence Caves, Settles With Kraft Over Copyright Import Case

Euro-Excellence, which successfully battled Kraft at the Supreme Court of Canada over the parallel importation of chocolate into Canada, has caved to round two of the dispute and settled the matter.  While the Supreme Court ruled in 2007 that the Copyright Act could not be used to block the chocolate imports (as Kraft attempted to do), Kraft quickly launched a new action.  According to the release, Euro-Excellence has agreed not to import the chocolates without Kraft's consent and entered into a distribution deal for the chocolates in Quebec.

Our Internet safety measures, state-of-the-art customer protection tools and stringent privacy safeguards help ensure Bell is doing what is right for customers.

With such a statement found at:

why is traffic shaping required?
Why are they lying?
