The latest ACTA leak generated a new round of press coverage, with articles from AOL Daily Finance and Wired.  Meanwhile, European ISPs are expressing their concern with ACTA.

This is scary stuff. Very draconian one-world-government legislation. I'm not prone to entertain such conspiracy theories, but this thing is scary. The US is trying to take everything that's wrong with their copyright policy and force it down the throats of the the rest of the planet.

Looks like strong words from the industry minister on ACTA. Lets hope the government lives up to those words and that the actual legislation is congruent with the wishes of Canadian society.
