Oxfam: ACTA Could Hurt Poor Countries

Oxfam has expressed concern about the impact of ACTA on poor countries and people. It rightly fears that the treaty could make it more difficult for the poor to access generic medicines.

It's time to demand our withdrawal!
I think it's high time for every concerned Canadian to contact Parliament and demand that there be no further participation from Canada in ACTA, or any future illegal "trade negotiations".

Obviously, we can demand all we want to know what's going on - they won't tell us - so it's time to deny the whole process any legitimacy.
