The Australian government has stated that it does not expect to make any changes to its domestic laws due to ACTA, hoping to persuade others to follow the Australian approach.

But they already caved Australia adopted the draconian US DMCA as well as extended copyright terms as part of their free trade agreement with the States. So yeah, I wouldn't expect them to have to make any changes. What they've already done is bad enough! |
