This web site was initially created in conjunction with the release of a study prepared by Michael Geist: "Fair.com?: An Examination of the Allegations of Systemic Unfairness in the ICANN UDRP". Most recently, it was updated to coincide with the release of "Fundamentally Fair.com? An Update on Bias Allegations an the ICANN UDRP". Both studies and the web site provide a variety of practical policy and statistical information relating to the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). The web site includes links to UDRP providers, policies, decisions, panelist profiles and an e-mail update service.
