The Telecom Policy Review website now features dozens of submissions. My relatively short submission (relative to the 1000 page, 24 MB zipped submission from Bell Canada) is online. So too are submissions from CIPPIC (working with several groups) and all the other usual suspects. Comments on the submissions are due by September 15th.

Inquiry on publishing issue
Dear Mr.Michael Geist,
My name is Alan Zhang, living in Scarborough, Ontario. I immigrated to Canada 6years from China. I am writing to you the email in an aim of asking some licensing issue in publishing industry in Canada. I am interested in translation and book publishment, but almost know nothing about the lisencing, so could you tell me something on that? e.g. Is opening a publishing company strictly controled in Canada? What qualification must a applier possess?
I am looking forward to your help and do appreciate it.
Regards
