I appear on this week's CBC Search Engine podcast as we discuss the Special 301 report and the inclusion of Canada on the Priority Watch List.  The show addresses many of the issues I've writing about over the past few days including the absurdity of including Canada on the Priority Watch List and the repurcussions for copyright reform in Canada. 

The show concludes with some exciting news – Search Engine will continue as it has been picked up by TVO (CBC cancelled due to budgetary reasons).  The show has been a remarkable source of informed and entertaining discussion over the past few years and I'm thrilled that Jesse will continue to produce it.
