Nominet to Establish Multi-Million Pound Fund for Net Community

Nominet, which manages the dot-uk domain, has established a Nominet Foundation to distribute millions of pounds for the benefit of the UK Internet community.  CIRA has discussed creating a similar foundation, though plans appear to have floundered over the past year.
