The column highlights the positions of each national party on copyright, spam, and other tech law issues as revealed in a questionnaire distributed by the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic. It finds that the incumbent Liberal party sits in the middle on most issues, while the NDP and Bloc Quebecois sit at one end of the spectrum and the Conservatives and Green Party sit at the other.
