Privacy Commissioner’s Office Drops Charter Challenge
The Canadian Privacy Commissioner’s office has announced that it has dropped an appeal of a B.C. decision involving video surveillance activities by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Federal Court Upholds Telus Decision
The Canadian Federal Court has upheld a Privacy Commissioner decision involving a privacy claim over the phone companies’ practice of charging for unlisted phone numbers.
