Universities Launch Open Access Coalition
A group of 22 universities, including Arizona State, Columbia, Duke, Emory, Harvard, Oregon State, Stanford, and MIT, have launched the Coalition of Open Access Policy Institutions, or Coapi. The coalition includes one Canadian institution – Concordia University.
