I am working for a US company that is providing software to sell merchandise for a Canadian company. Most of the consumers will be Canadian but we strictly bill the Canadian company for use of our software based on volume of their sales. Because we are providing a software service and are not actually selling anything of our own (but rather the Canadian company’s products), are we subject to any Canadian regulations, tariffs, concerns? Are there any Canadian e-commerce requirements, disclaimers, etc. that must be included on our site?
Thanks,
Jared

Hi Michael, I am trying to order your book online but wanted to ensure that the 3rd Edition is the latest and that there isn’t another one coming out in the near future. Thanks.
