Supreme Court Rehearing for Robertson Copyright Case

The Supreme Court of Canada today announced that it will rehear the Robertson v. Thompson Corp. copyright arguments by reviewing the transcripts and videotape.  The case was heard by the court in December 2005, before Justice Rothstein joined the court.
