Doesn’t the Facebook case against a Canadian spammer prove we don’t need new spam legislation? That is the kind of argument you use for copyright.
The facebook case against a Canadian spammer was done in the US, using US law. Canada needs its own laws for spam for cases that don’t involve the US.
