MEP Urges Action Against France For Violating EU Law With Three Strikes Rule

UPI reports that a member of the European Parliament says he will urge legal action against France for adopting the three-strikes rule. EU Information Commissioner Viviane Reding ruled out launching a proceeding based on the Parliament decision.
