Apple Admits No Legal Reason To Block App Purchases With Gift Cards
Apple has now admitted that there is no Canadian legal reason to stop Canadians from using iTunes gift cards for purchases of apps. It is simply company policy.
Apple Rejects iPhone BitTorrent App
Wired reports that Apple has rejected a BitTorrent iPhone application. Apple says "this category of applications is often used for the purpose of infringing third-party rights. We have chosen to not publish this type of application to the App Store."

iPhone Stocks Low in Rogers Stores
The CBC reports that Rogers stores carried very small stocks – just 100 for its flagship store – of the Apple iPhone, consistent with earlier rumours about limited stock.
