Alex Cameron, who successfully argued the privacy issues in the BMG v. Doe file sharing case at both the trial and appellate level, has written with his reading of the test articulated by the Federal Court of Appeal. Alex has done a great job of pulling out the many precautions identified by the court to protect privacy interests.
