How does one make a complaint to the privacy commissioner? I received addressed mail from Garth Turner to my home In Edmonton announcing his personal Income Trust public speaking tour. It was paid for by the taxpayer as it came in a House of Commons envelope and there was no stamp.
HOW did Garth Turner get my name and address? Did he use old Conservative party membership lists as that is the only source I can think of? I would NEVER have given my name and address to a Liberal .
How would I get this investigated?
