For legitimizing squatters.
Disgusting.
Well that sucks for them. However, their .com address works fine and one look at emusic.ca quite obviously shows it to be one of those empty link collection sites that are common of squatters. People will quickly move along to the correct site.
If your read the document, emusic.com offered $500 for the domain but the current registrant declined, claiming that the domain was not for sale.
eMusic, suck it up and offer the squatters a larger pile of cash; everything has a price. $500 barely covers the registration and hosting costs since 2001.
