Dutch Parliament Votes Against ACTA Ratification

The Dutch Parliament has voted against ratifying the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement, reaching its decision without waiting for the outcome of the upcoming European Parliament vote.

    ACTA DOA in EU?
    I was reading on Dutch-based OSnews, yesterday, that this effectively snuffs ACTA with the EU, as well. The speculation is that, without consent of all the EU participants, the treaty cannot pass.
