This article (i.e. The Varsity article) contains many exaggerations and inaccuracies about the bill. For the sake of credibility, it might be worth pointing them out. For example, it says legally purchased music cannot be transferred to an iPod. The truth is, it can, as long as the maker of the CD decides not to saddle it with copy protection.
