Call me cynical, but – they’re going to announce a new copyright bill around December 19th???
Isn’t that the ulitimate equivalent of announcing something Friday at 5PM before a long weekend? And that it implies the government is hoping it can slip something in and have it become old news before it ever becomes news at all?
