Thailand’s Electronic Transactions Commission will propose to the Cabinet this month that it revise the Electronic Transaction Act. Thailand recently created an e-transaction agency that will act as a supervisory office in order to boost and promote e-commerce and e-transactions between government, business and the private sector.
