Bell Canada has declared war on independent competitors, appealing the CRTC's Essential Services decision. Bell, which is now throttling wholesale Internet services, argues that there is no need for regulation since there is enough competition in the phone and Internet markets.

I have trouble understanding my bank fees, let alone global economics, but isn\’t the point of free enterprise the ability to compete in the market? If the market is already too saturated, some companies will fail, but at least they will have had the opportunity to participate in the market. What a load of propaganda.
