B.C. Privacy Commissioner Issues Patriot Act Report
The B.C. Privacy Commissioner has issued his much anticipated report on the effects of the Patriot Act on government outsourced data. The lengthy report identifies a range of privacy concerns and includes recommendations for governmental action at both the provincial and federal levels.
