Wow. These are _fantastic_ summaries of the situation, especially the Ottawa Citizen article! My students are going to be reading this for sure.
It will be just another reason to buy mp3 players, memory cards and blank CD and DVDs in the US. $75 levy on 30 GB. Get real. We all know where the real theft is occurring.
As soon as this levy is introduced I will stop shopping in Canada, plain and simple.
