At least his discussion has elevated beyond \’we don\’t regulate the internet\’. He at least seems to be aware that this wholesale access to independent ISPs is in fact regulated by the CRTC.
Interesting that he would mention the Competition Bureau. They have already refused to look into the matter, claiming it\’s not within their mandate.

As i said get ready to be disappointed, especially when he mentions a dept that is claiming NOT to have ability to do anything, just another way CONservatives can bother another govt body.
